Who is this retreat for?

This retreat is designed for those who feel called to:

  • Deepen connection to self, others, and the natural world

  • Explore expanded states of consciousness through breathwork, meditative practices, nature connection practices and psychedelic experiences

It is also true that some material may be challenging. The team of Facilitators are experienced in helping you make the most of whatever comes up. People tend to leave the Retreat with a deep sense of connection with the living world, to self and to others and a reverence for the experience. Some people find it life-changing.
